Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ engineers and analysts, delivering high-quality digital products and services to customers.
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and round-the-clock operation of mission-critical banking applications.
- Collaborate with business product leaders to define and maintain strategic delivery roadmaps for both product and technology updates.
- Partner with stakeholders to effectively balance the priorities of operational stability, system resiliency, risk management, and new feature delivery.
- Ensure adherence to modern software delivery best practices, while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall quality.
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and partner teams.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities to technical team members.

Education and Experience Required:
- A combined minimum of 13 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years' engineering and/or architecture experience and 9 years' technology management / program leadership experience including people management
- Proven experience leading teams of 20+ engineers and analysts.
- Demonstrated success in managing the development and operation of modern applications with high availability (24x7x365).
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering with business product leaders.
- Deep knowledge of software delivery best practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education and Experience Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 12 years' technology management or large program leadership experience
- Extensive application, product knowledge experience with skills, application(s) and function of the technology area being led
- Subject Matter Expert understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications
- Understanding of multiple business area's functions
- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective
- Experience with skills, application(s) and functions of the technology area
- Good understanding of the Bank's application framework
- Aware of the Bank's business plan and strategic objectives with ability to shape direction
- Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system and support projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU)
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
