The Technical Part:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience in Technical Designs activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Soft Skills: Excellent Communication skills, and Positive attitude.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Experience in:
    • Capital Project Support

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
  • Provide technical interpretation of design documents.
  • Execute work in accordance with quality standards and site requirements.
  • Perform assignments independently with minimal guidance as to the general results expected, often dealing with unusual or complex problems.
  • Provide direction and regular contact to consultants, vendors and contractors assigned to the project.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all parties.
  • Keep site management informed of all circumstances that could affect projects.
  • Prepare weekly project reports detailing project progress.
  • Review and compare discipline drawings for inconsistencies, omitted information and conflicts, etc.
  • Interface between craft and engineering to resolve drawing issues.
  • Interact with disciplines: subcontracts, material management, project controls and automation tools.
  • Coordinate system completion and turnover, requisition project materials, equipment and services and prepare quality control forms and coordinate inspections.
