ROLE AND BACKGROUND:

Account Executive - Private Credit

Overview:

The Account Executive Private Credit will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a key role that requires a results-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Private Credit space as well as the FinTech sales process. The role reports to Head of North America.

Location: NYC/ Flexible

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the Private Credit space
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting through own Private Credit network
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Present and demonstrate 73 Strings' products/services to clients, highlighting their value and addressing any concerns
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both 73 Strings and the client
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership of 73 Strings to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of Private Markets
  • Exposure to VC highly desirable
  • Proven track record of success in B2B FinTech sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience with valuation or monitoring tools preferred
  • Experience within start-up environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
