Enterprise Account Executive
We're seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to drive the next phase of our revenue growth. This role is critical in shaping and executing our enterprise sales strategy, closing high-impact deals, and building the outbound motion for new customer profiles and product offerings.
Position Overview
This role will report to our CEO and will be responsible for operationalizing our inbound sales process and helping build our outbound strategy from the ground up. Today, close to 100% of our pipeline is inbound - your focus will be on closing these high-quality leads while also shaping the outbound motion that takes us to the next level. You will close enterprise deals, hit revenue targets, and play a key role in developing our sales playbook as we expand into new vehicle segments and customer profiles.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5+ years of software sales experience, consistently exceeding quota
- Persuasive speaking skills and strong negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Incredible work ethic and self-starter mentality
- Willingness to travel to trade shows and to meet prospects in person
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
- Base-level understanding of vehicle sales and OEM/dealer dynamics (e.g., family runs a dealership or previous experience working in/around automotive or powersports)
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the enterprise inbound sales motion end-to-end, from lead qualification to closing
- Help build and implement outbound strategies to identify and qualify prospects based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to provide customer feedback and inform company strategy
- Represent Ekho at industry events and prospect meetings
- Build and refine the sales playbook for new customer profiles and product offerings

- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
- Technical mindset and comfort explaining a technical product
- Affinity for vehicles
- A track record of building or heavily contributing to new sales processes
- Experience selling to industrial buyers
