Job Description:

Job Summary

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for increasing profitable revenue growth by leveraging corporate contracts at the region level. He/She is responsible for supporting sales and contract execution from the corporate (i.e., parent) locations to field (i.e., child) locations to drive new business across UPS's portfolio or execute on master contracts. He/She keeps the Region BD Manager and the Director of Business informed and updated about relevant Strategic, Enterprise and Global segment issues. This position has dotted line interaction with area sales managers and account executives, and a dotted line reporting relationship to the VP of Strategic Child.

Job Type:Full-Time / Permanent

Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)

Shift Duration: 8 hours a day Requires flexibility in schedule.

Work Location: To be willing to travel/ flexible position.

Wage: Salary + commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by leveraging corporate contracts and executing them from corporate locations to field locations.
  • Collaborate with all UPS departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Ensure effective communication of relevant Strategic, Enterprise, and Global segment issues to key stakeholders, including the Region BD Manager and Director of Business.
  • Support the execution of master contracts to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with existing external clients/enterprise.


Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and business development experience with a focus on corporate contract execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Strong knowledge of UPS's product offerings and strategic business segments.
  • Ability to work independently while also being part of a broader sales and leadership team.
  • Experience in account-based field sales.
  • Transportation/logistics sales experience preferred.
