- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Mentor and train development teams on best practices and new technologies.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in developing enterprise solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Certification in Application Development.
- Certification in Systems Engineering.
