This role is responsible for defining, maintaining, and evolving the enterprise architecture framework to ensure alignment with business objectives, driving digital transformation, and optimizing technology investments. The Enterprise Architect collaborates with IT and business leaders to create cohesive technology roadmaps that support scalable, flexible, and secure solutions across the enterprise.

The Enterprise Architect collaborates with IT and business leaders to create cohesive technology roadmaps that support scalable, flexible, and secure solutions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and implement an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring that technology investments are optimized for performance, scalability, and innovation.
- Technology Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a technology roadmap that supports current and future business needs, guiding technology adoption, modernization, and transformation efforts.
- Standards & Governance: Establish architecture standards, policies, and governance frameworks that ensure consistent and secure implementation of technologies across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, IT, and security teams to ensure alignment between architecture initiatives and operational goals, enabling a seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead digital transformation efforts, including the adoption of cloud, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies, to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
- Solution Design & Integration: Oversee the design and integration of complex technology solutions, ensuring that they align with enterprise architecture principles and meet business requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate architecture-related risks, including technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine the enterprise architecture to ensure it remains aligned with evolving business needs, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, including experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and technology strategy.
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives is essential.
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), Certified Enterprise Architect, or equivalent certification required
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, application integration, data management, and cybersecurity principles.
