Description:

ECS is seeking an Enterprise Architect to work in our Hanover, MD office.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team as a key member of our Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, designing, and maintaining the technical architecture of complex systems and solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) DCSA Program Executive Office (PEO). This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to leverage their expertise in enterprise architecture to drive business transformation and improve the effectiveness of our clients' IT operation. This individual will work closely with all mission partners and PEO branches such as Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Sustainment. The team member will work with developers, architects, and system administrators to design, implement and optimize cloud-based solutions.

Location: Onsite/Hybrid

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000

General Description of Benefits

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on the DoD or Federal government
  • Compliance with DoD 8140.01
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions, including system integration and data management
  • Strong understanding of DoDAF, NIST, and other Federal government architecture frameworks
  • Experience with architecture tools, such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect or similar tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience with cloud computing, DevOps, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks, such as NIST 800-53 and DoD 8510.1
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools

Clearance:

This position requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, which the candidate must possess or be eligible to obtain.
