The Enterprise Architect is responsible for translating business requirements into specific system, application, or process designs while ensuring alignment with financial models for large-scale technical solutions. This role analyzes service requirements and designs solutions to meet objectives, maintaining expertise in industry best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
This position requires on-call availability, extended hours when necessary, and occasional in-office meetings with short notice.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Years Required Experience 8+ Experience in Enterprise and Software Architecture (SEI, TOGAF, or equivalent). 8+ Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including low-code solutions. 8+ Experience in data integration, REST API development, MuleSoft, and Salesforce implementation. 8+ Experience in troubleshooting and solving complex system issues. 8+ Managing and maintaining Salesforce orgs and security policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Years Preferred Experience 8+ Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5. 8+ Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce configurations (Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules, etc.). 2+ Experience with Agile Software Development. 2+ Experience in Cloud Architecture (Azure, AWS, etc.).

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***

Job Description
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for translating business requirements into specific system, application, or process designs while ensuring alignment with financial models for large-scale technical solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed service solutions, including process, technology, and staffing plans.
- Constructing risk assessments and remediation plans.
- Composing Statements of Work (SOW) and other project documents.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical guidance.
- Ensuring compliance with security principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting development, administration, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
