DescriptionDSA is seeking a highly qualified Enterprise Architect with an active secret clearance to join our team in Edgewood, Maryland. This candidate will support our customer Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO CBRND). The (JPEO-CBRND) exists to manage our nation's investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment.

Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience developing and maintaining one or more Department of Defense Acquisition Framework (DODAF) v2.0 data architecture products and/or Data Models within standard data modeling tools (ERStudio, Erwin, etc.).
Eight years of IT experience, preferably with government information systems
Possess experience with the UNICOM Systems Architect tool or No Magic Inc. MagicDraw Architect tool.
Experience with either the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
Experience with databases and Data Modeling
Possess familiarity with Joint Common System Function List (JCSFL), Joint Common Architecture (JCA), Net-Ready Key Performance Parameter (NR KPP), Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), and National Information Exchange Model (NIEM).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assess and clearly communicate technical and project risk.

Desired Qualifications
Specific support of JPEO-CBRND and/or the DoD
Development experience in Java/JSP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Dojo, JQuery, Grails, PHP, .Net.
Experience administering web based application servers including Java Application Servers (Tomcat 7/8), Internet Information Services (IIS) 7+, Jetty 8+, ActiveMQ, Karaf (OSGi).
AI Experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and monitoring installed systems and infrastructure in a Virtual Data Center environment
Installation, configuration, testing and maintaining of operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Monitor and test application performance, identify possible solutions
Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
