Description of work and details on what requested resource(s) will be doing:
These resources will be providing architectural support for enterprise programs through impact analysis, solutions, alignment with M&R level strategies and works with Business, Engineering and collaborates with Enterprise/Application Architects from claims systems.
Deliverables

• Align business and IT strategies, assess business and other IT ideas, and create strategy for the program.
• Develop conceptual/reference architectures, and blueprints for alignment between M&R and enterprise strategies.
• Produce solution intent document for the individual projects and how they all coexist in the broader scope of project bolt and review with all stake holders for their approval
• Help prepare materials for Capital Planning and present at Architecture Review Boards
• These programs help M&R business with Trial Claims: Enable non-real-time trial claims for all claims platform

• Provider Pick: Migrate M&R provider selection from COSMOS to Enterprise Provider Selection (real-time); enhance EPS
• Benefits: Consolidate BenCheck with Pre-D
• Auth: Integration with CCAM,
• Pricing: EPP Implementation
• Accumulators: Externalize data to HCP for real-time access
• Claim Messaging: Connect claim message center to COSMOS; optimize remark codes; add new messages for trial claims/promises
• Payment & Presentment: Connect COSMOS to Payment Engine

Key Skills / Experience:

• 6-8 years of enterprise architecture experience and well versed with enterprise architecture practices
• Experience with Cobol, JCL, MF Cobol, API, Kakfa, Azure cloud platform
• Ability to work with multiple stake holders in a matrixed organization
• Deep understanding of application interactions and patterns

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technology and business strategies forward. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the cloud migration program, devising realistic and achievable solutions to intricate business problems, and leveraging your cloud certification to guide the implementation of Enterprise Architecture principles across the organization.
Deliverables

• Cloud solution patterns, cloud security, resiliency & observability, CMM architecture review, and current state & future state cloud architecture, create future infrastructure cost estimate for accurate forecasting
• Additionally, they facilitate collaboration between teams, Assess the business needs, identify potential risks, develop detailed solutions and designs, propose architectural changes to optimize cloud solutions, align with enterprise cloud migration strategies, collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and enterprise/application architects
• Analysis of existing cloud infrastructure
• Analysis and evaluation of existing cloud infrastructure
• Providing recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cloud architecture strategies that align with business objectives and technological advancements.
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of cloud and other architectural frameworks to design scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
• Provide industry, technology, and market expertise to support strategic business decisions for cloud investments.
• Decompose complex business strategies into initiatives that translate into clear, actionable cloud architecture roadmaps.
• Collaborate across organizational silos to resolve dependencies and accelerate cloud architecture and solution decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cloud adoption, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply your expertise in cloud architecture principles to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of emerging cloud technologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring compliance with cloud architectural standards and best practices.
• Define governance and security practices for cloud initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented cloud solutions, continuously making improvements as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience into cloud solution architecture or cloud infrastructure architecture
• Played architecture role in incorporating large scale cloud migration programs
• Hands on experience on Azure Well Architected or similar Cloud Architecture framework
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud deployment processes.
• Ability to develop secure, efficient, and scalable cloud architectures with continuous oversight
• Expertise in cloud security, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Experience with cloud optimization techniques and FinOps practices to maximize performance and cost-efficiency
• Experience in implementing cloud observability and monitoring platform architecture Experience with Azure networking services, including VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, Load Balancers, and Azure Firewall.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including network design, storage solutions, and compute resources. Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification

Preferred Skills:

• Previous involvement in large-scale organizations implementing cloud strategies.
• Ability to work on multiple large-scale technology initiatives concurrently
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
