BreakForth Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architecture (EA) Analyst to support our federal customers. The successful candidate will be part of a team, collaborating closely with our customers to ensure successful oversight and client delivery of impacted projects. In this position, the EA Analyst will support the development and administration/maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Repository and documentation. The role will interact with internal and external personnel on technical matters, often requiring coordination between various agency components to maintain the EA Repository. Provides support on enterprise architecture/business architecture (EA/BA) and Technology Business Management (TBM) tasks. Will support the agency's EA/BA Community of Practice.

Essential Functions:

This role will be responsible for performing tasks such as but not limited to:
  • Develop and perform administration/maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Repository.
  • Perform data loading & testing e utilizing VBScript, or other scripts/import processes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of enterprise and/or business architecture documentation.
  • Create DB schema, data dictionary, and database design documentation.
  • Interact with internal and external personnel on technical matters, often requiring coordination between various agency components to maintain the EA Repository.
  • Provide support on enterprise architecture/business architecture (EA/BA) and Technology Business Management (TBM) tasks.
  • Support the agency's EA/BA Community of Practice.
  • Create executive-level presentations, including graphics in MS PowerPoint.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology or related fields
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Access Database.
  • 1-2 years of Data loading & testing experience utilizing VBScript/other scripts/import process.
  • 1+ years of experience in creating DB schema, data dictionary and database design documentation.
  • 1+ years of experience with Enterprise or Business architecture.
  • 1+ year experience with EA Framework (e.g. FEAF, DoDAF, TOGAF).
  • 1+ years of experience with EA/BA modeling in creating EA/BA artifacts using MS Visio.
  • 1+ year of experience developing & maintaining EA/BA documentation.
  • Proficient in creating executive-level presentation slides, including graphics (MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong MS Excel & MS Word skills.
  • Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM).
  • Basic working knowledge of Certification & Accreditation (C&A) process.
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI.
  • EA/BA Professional Certifications preferred.


Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security investigation designation.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively and professionally interact with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work with no supervision.
  • Must have proven experience meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must be hands-on and take proactive ownership of projects.
