Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Atlassian Solutions Architect to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of Atlassian tools across the enterprise. This role is responsible for architecting scalable solutions, integrating Atlassian platforms with enterprise systems, and providing strategic leadership in tool administration and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage complex system-wide data and information models in alignment with user needs, regulatory requirements, and resource availability.
- Provide strategic guidance in the design, deployment, and optimization of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
- Lead enterprise-level customization and configuration of Atlassian applications to meet organizational goals and enhance productivity.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and other enterprise platforms.
- Automate workflows and processes using Jira Automation, custom scripting, and REST APIs.
- Provide tiered support and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Manage user roles, access controls, security settings, and data integrity across the Atlassian suite.
- Mentor and lead junior staff, offering technical direction and support in solution implementation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align Atlassian tools with enterprise strategy.
Required Skills:
- A bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Active Secret Clearance
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) at the enterprise level.
- 5+ years of experience in configuring and customizing Atlassian tools for large-scale organizations, with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Atlassian products with enterprise systems and automating processes through scripts and APIs.
- 2+ years of experience leading Atlassian administration teams and providing high-level technical support.
- Expertise in access control, user management, and security best practices within the Atlassian environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator, Jira Project Administrator, Atlassian System Administrator).
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise change management workflows.
