Join Our Team
You will be our Enterprise Data Warehouse / Enterprise Data Hub Product Lead, responsible for overseeing the architecture, implementation, and management of enterprise data products. This role involves ensuring data quality, optimizing data processes, and aligning data strategies with business objectives. The role is a key member of the Enterprise Data Committee and reports to the Chief Data Officer.

Join Our Team
You will be our Enterprise Data Warehouse / Enterprise Data Hub Product Lead, responsible for overseeing the architecture, implementation, and management of enterprise data products. This role involves ensuring data quality, optimizing data processes, and aligning data strategies with business objectives. The role is a key member of the Enterprise Data Committee and reports to the Chief Data Officer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the vision and strategy for the Enterprise Data Warehouse / Enterprise Data Hub, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business units, enterprise architecture, and delivery leads to translate requirements into data solutions, ensuring the Enterprise Data Warehouse / Enterprise Data Hub meets business needs.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and enforce practices in areas such as master and reference data management, data mapping, data modeling, and data integrations.
- DataOps Management: Implement and oversee DataOps processes to ensure efficient, reliable, scalable, and secure data operations.
- ETL Processes: Lead the development of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
- Data Quality Assurance: Develop a data quality strategy to ensure data accuracy and consistency, identifying and resolving any data issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Design and implement a consumption layer to make data accessible and actionable for internal stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Manage the daily activities of the data team, providing guidance and support.
- Stakeholder Adoption: Drive training and adoption strategies to ensure that data can be used to drive actionable outcomes.
- Production Support: Monitor and analyze the performance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse / Enterprise Data

Your skills and abilities should include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data warehousing and data architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in the Insurance industry, preferably including experience working with bordereaux files (Program / MGA business).
- Experience in the Reinsurance industry is a plus
- Strong expertise in AWS technologies, including but not limited to S3, Redshift, Glue, and Lambda.
- Experience in leading large-scale data warehousing initiatives.
- Proven experience with DataOps practices and tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong leadership skills fostering collaboration and driving solutions within a data team.
- Ability to work individually with limited oversight.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills.
