In cooperation with Company, MSP Consultant will help Company develop and maintain Company's strategic business relationships with major end user accounts across Canada. The Consultant will do so by operating within the Samsung Mobility ecosystem such as the EBD Display KAM team, the Mobility Sales Engineers, the ODS Carrier teams, Channel Partners, SRCA R&D partners, Product Management teams of HHP & Tablet as well as Alliance partners (developers and ISVs).
The MSP Consultant will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with all ecosystem partners in order to promote, attract and engage partner participation at every stage of the Enterprise Mobility sales process. This will require active promotion of the Samsung Mobility value proposition and an on-going effort to capture mind share with all ecosystem partners. The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting the Company with generating sales plans to ensure broad penetration into large accounts and to exceed annual sales targets within predefined vertical and/or geographical territories.
The MSP Consultant will work to uncover business needs and position Samsung's mobility offerings as differentiated, problem solving solutions aligned to Enterprise customer business objectives. The MSP Consultant will assist the Company with acquiring and maintaining Company's large account sales funnel and forecast for all named accounts. In cooperation with the National Enterprise Mobility Sales Leader, MSP Consultant will engage with Senior IT decision makers, influencers and C-Suite executive relationships through new levels of collaborative engagement, resulting in a long term trusted advisor partnerships between Samsung and the customer.

The MSP Consultant will attend weekly sales meetings via face to face OR tele-conference and one-off product or solutions information sessions from time to time congruent with new or updated device or services introductions. SFDC (Sales Force dot com) customer information is expected to be timely and accurate at all times for all Business Opportunities.
Vertical Coverage:
The MSP Consultant will cover the national verticals of Healthcare, Policing and Education (less French speaking Quebec and Eastern Canada).
Top 4 core Provinces include BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario.
Quarterly targets are set for each vertical prior to the succeeding quarter by Enterprise Sales Management.
Quarterly targets and related incentives will be detailed within the MSP contract terms and conditions.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Industry experience in the Mobility category including: wireless end user solutions & applications, leading technology platforms, security software, MDM tools and wireless devices is required.
- Work with Samsung marketing and solutions teams to improve and communicate our value proposition, corporate strategy, products, services and solutions to suit market conditions and requirements.
- (Externally) build, maintain and grow positive relationships with key ecosystem components such as end user customer executives, channel partners, carrier management teams, alliance partners, developers and ISV relations.
- (Internally) build, maintain and grow relationships with key resources such as EBD KAM team, the Mobility Sales Engineers, the ODS Carrier managers, SRCA R&D partners, Product Management teams of HHP & Tablet.
- Position Samsung as the leading innovative technology organization utilizing all business assets including Samsung executive engagement, sales, marketing, product management, and technical staffs.
- Maintain and provide business trends and competitive strategies.
- Work with the channel sales organization to identify the most suitable partners to deliver Samsung products and services to end customers, ensuring a positive and consistent and customer experience.
- Execute new and leading strategies designed to achieve corporate sales objectives as provided by Company.
- Maintain constant open lines of communication daily or as necessary.
- Maintain customer engagements.
- Prioritize effort and sales focus to customers best aligned with Samsung solutions and targets.

- Skilled in identifying suitable partners to deliver products and services to end customers.
- Proficient in maintaining constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Sales Force dot com (SFDC) or similar CRM tools for tracking and reporting customer information and business opportunities.
- Experience attending sales meetings and providing regular reports on activities and progress.
- Ability to maintain timely and accurate customer and business opportunity information in the CRM system.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to maintain customer engagements and prioritize efforts toward the customers most aligned with company solutions and targets.
- Ability to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Experience or knowledge in covering verticals such as:
- Healthcare
- Policing
- Education
- Awareness of the geographical coverage and market dynamics, with specific focus on Canada's core provinces: BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario.
- Proven ability to meet quarterly targets and work toward sales objectives within specified verticals.
- Ability to adjust sales focus according to corporate targets and market conditions.
- Ability to execute new strategies and achieve sales goals as outlined by the company.
- Results-driven with a strong track record of sales success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with telecommunications, wireless solutions, or mobile technology.
- Advanced understanding of enterprise sales processes and B2B customer engagement.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with regional market trends in Canada, specifically in the provinces of BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario.
