*Assist customers and other organizations within HIR to resolve incidents related to EM&M technologies.
*Troubleshoot technical issues, research and document root causes and resolutions.
*Create standard operating procedures.
*Developing test plans and participate in testing of EM&M technologies.
*Assist in operations for EM&M technologies.
*Manage trouble tickets using Remedy ticketing system.
*Provide support for Office 365 Pro Plus, Office 365 productivity applications and mobile apps.
*Assist in transition activities related to EM&M technologies.
*Assist in the creation and tracking of tasks associated with Enterprise Messaging and Mobility projects. Skill set info *Candidates must have 5 years in AD account and/or email administration for a large organization (6,000+ accounts).
*Candidate must have 3 years of experience supporting messaging features of Office Productivity apps.
*Candidate must have 3 recent years of experience providing customer support and managing trouble tickets utilizing Remedy ticketing system.
*Candidate must have 2 years of experience with Office 365 cloud services.
*Candidate must have 3 years of experience with creating Standard Operating Procedures relating to messaging technologies, manipulating and analyzing data, and Excel spreadsheets.
*Candidates must be able to work core business hours 8 hours a day onsite in Washington DC, excluding federal holidays and when work is done for system maintenance. *Note: Candidate must be able to work from home/remote when requested by the House POC using House supplied equipment.
*Candidates must be able to work during some planned maintenance windows between 9pm and 5am as part of maintenance activities. If the candidate has reliable high-speed internet, the work can be completed off-site (home) using House supplied laptop(s).
*Candidate must have over 1 year supporting mailbox data transfers and restores at scale (10+ requests per day). Education Certifications (if required) Documentation Required for submission PAST PERFORMANCE:
*The Offeror shall provide references for the candidate/s for three (3) current or recent (within three (3) years) customers preferably with another government agency. List the agency name and address, name and title of the client contact, telephone number, description of contract deliverables and performance period.
*Statement confirming the proposed candidate(s) is available to start work on-site on or about August 2022.
