PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Enterprise Supply Chain Manager will oversee all aspects of the supply chain process related to vaccine procurement and vaccine and medical supplies storage, distribution, and inventory management for 300+ clinics across the United States. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of vaccines while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in optimizing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring the availability of vaccines and medical supplies to meet patient needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing vaccines/medical supplies, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to budgetary constraints. Collaborates with manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners to establish and maintain efficient supply chain processes. Monitors inventory levels of vaccines and related supplies, forecasting demand and adjusting procurement plans accordingly. Implements inventory management systems and procedures to track vaccine movements, expiration dates, and batch numbers. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements related to vaccine storage, handling, and distribution, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Cold Chain Management guidelines. Coordinates with healthcare providers and clinics to facilitate the timely delivery of vaccines/supplies and manage inventory levels at distribution points. Analyzes supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Leads cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, mitigate risks, and optimize performance. Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and healthcare organizations. Stays informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting vaccine supply chain management. Provides leadership and direction related to training and technical support for MRP (D365/DAW). Onboards new acquisitions and buildouts, setup accounts and align enterprise clinics to the enterprise contract. Leads month-end and year-end inventory management processes.

QUALITIFICATION
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration required.
- 5 years of related experience can be commensurate with education.
EXPERIENCE:
- 7 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare sector with a focus on vaccine inventory management.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION
- Relevant certifications such as APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is highly preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Superior communication skills (written / verbal) including a proven ability to engage with senior executives (both within Finance and Operations in the organization).
- Strong organizational/time management skills.
- Strong understanding of vaccine procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools, such as ERP software and RFID technology.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
