Job Summary:

The EPM Product Management Enablement Lead is a dynamic position within a fast-paced environment, requiring an individual who can operate autonomously and is execution-oriented. The ideal candidate will bring discipline and a passion for data-driven management. The role spans across three core functions of EPM: Program Management, Tooling, and Data and Analytics. As the Enablement Lead, you will serve as the bridge connecting these functions, ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration and driving progress towards key EPM goals.

This role involves both standard operational activities and strategic initiatives, collaborating with product owners across Technology teams to ensure efficient execution of the EPM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present the benefits of EPM to leadership, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and improved collaboration. Identify divisional champions to support the rollout.
  • Collaborative Governance: Establish a Technology-wide steering committee with representatives from all divisions to oversee decisions and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Training and Enablement: Equip teams with training materials, tools, and dashboards for successful implementation.
  • Adaptation for Local Needs: Customize the framework to address specific workflows while ensuring alignment with firm-wide principles.
  • Monitoring and Improvement: Track progress, adoption, and areas for improvement through metrics and dashboards.
  • Coordination and Reporting: Oversee the collection and dissemination of key artifacts including roadmaps, release plans, and product end-of-life reports.
  • Jira Management: Lead the maintenance and reporting process for Jira, focusing on priorities related to EPM's goals while resolving bottlenecks and dependencies.
  • Cross-Product Process Definition: Lead discussions and define strategies, processes, and best practices for improving teamwork, collaboration, and alignment with EPM goals.
  • Business Case Development: Recognize opportunities for process improvements and develop business cases with qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Regular Reporting: Provide management reporting and create dashboards and KPIs to measure EPM's progress and impact.


Required Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Proven experience in building reports, visualizations, presentations, business cases, process diagrams, and general documentation.
  • Experience in communication roles, including requirements gathering, marketing/communication materials, and customer presence channels (e.g., Jive, website, social media, wiki).
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Jira, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other standard productivity tools.


Skills:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization while maintaining focus and quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-driven mindset (internal business technology teams).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with an energetic, quality-minded, and committed approach.
  • Comfort with management by influence and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and product management frameworks.
  • Experience with Roadmunk, Jive, or similar collaboration and project management tools.

Certifications (if any):

Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Project Management (e.g., CSM, PMP) would be beneficial.
