Salary: $116,000 annually + Comprehensive Benefits.
Responsibilities
Provide clients with financial guidance and education to create custom retirement plans and investment strategies
Analyze clients' financial situations and provide advice on risk management strategies
Keep up to date with relevant financial regulations and news, and communicate changes to clients
Identify opportunities to increase clients' financial performance and profitability
Find and obtain clients to build a financial services practice
We work with business owners, individuals, and families
Qualifications
US Work Authorization
Excellent people skills and communication skills
Some experience in a sales or financial services-related position preferred
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other financial systems
Competitive
College Degree
Life and health, SIE, Series 6 or 7 preferred but not required
Coachable
Previous Management skills are a plus
Sales skills are a plus
