The Enterprise EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating all aspects of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in a diverse, multi-site manufacturing setting. This role involves the development, implementation, and management of programs and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, accident prevention, energy and waste management, and overall safety performance. The EHS Manager will oversee the training and support of facility personnel, manage corrective actions from audits, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Job Information:
This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "Vitesse Systems is Proud to Offer." This position is considered exempt (paid on a salaried basis and ineligible for overtime pay).
Pay range: $130,000-$170,000 based on qualifications and experience.

What You'll Do (Essential Job Functions):
- Develop and implement EHS programs and procedures, focusing on accident prevention, regulatory compliance, and safety.
- Work in close collaboration with the General Managers to ensure all standards are implemented and followed.
- Coordinate and conduct EHS training programs across the enterprise.
- Implement appropriate health and safety programs across the organization, including but not limited to, respirator fit testing, vision testing, and personal protective equipment.
- Act as the main point of contact for EHS audits and actions (EPA, OSHA), leading any corrective action required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulations, including timely and accurate reporting, maintenance of records, and adherence to corporate EHS policies.
- Direct the division's waste management and hazardous waste programs.
- Track, measure, and report on internal EHS metrics and goals to management.
- Lead the development of EHS goals and targets and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure the effective integration of EHS policies and procedures across all operational areas and collaborate with management to meet environmental and safety objectives.
- Ensure the sustainability of programs is linked to the Daily Management (Tier 1 and tier 2) at each site.
- Receive and maintain necessary certifications for environmental compliance and waste management.
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring (Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and experience managing compliance in safety, environmental, and sustainability matters.
- Experience with behavior-based safety programs and ergonomics is a plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful EHS programs.
Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
- BS degree in Industrial Hygiene or similar.
- Equivalent experience and certifications may substitute degree requirement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management within a manufacturing environment.
