Environmental and Land Use Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Environmental and Land Use Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental law, land use regulation, and litigation to effectively represent clients in various legal matters related to environmental compliance and land use planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on environmental laws and regulations to clients.
• Represent clients in administrative and judicial proceedings related to environmental disputes.
• Assist with environmental reviews and permitting processes for projects.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to land use and environmental compliance.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents including briefs and memoranda.
• Advise clients on land use planning, zoning issues, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Jurisdictions must be licensed to practice law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of three years of experience in environmental and land use law.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and litigation.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
