Currently recruiting an Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Interagency Policy Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.

Essential Functions:
- Assist in coordinating and synchronizing EOD policy, doctrine, operations, and analytics within US Government interservice and interagency EOD and public safety bomb squads.
- Have/Maintain working knowledge of the Army EOD program, including information from AR 11-41 (C-IED Program), AR 75-14 (Interservice Responsibilities for EOD), AR 75- 15 (Policy for EOD), DA PAM 611-105 (Procedures for Selection, Training, and Suitability of EOD Personnel), AR 611-105 (Selection, Training, and Suitability for EOD), JP 3-42 (Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal), ATP 4-32 (EOD Operations), DoDD 5160.62E (Executive Agent for Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology and Training), and CJCSI 2700.01G (Rationalization, Standardization, and Interoperability (RSI) Activities).
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and publishing EXORDs, Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) and other correspondence.
- Create and staff taskers, both within and outside of ETMS2, both NIPR and SIPR.
- Adjust work efforts as required within the EOD branch to meet mission requirements.
- Attending Army HQ level meetings with EOD equities, draft meeting EXSUMs for review; and track and coordinate any meeting due outs.
- Conduct all research and prepare position papers and briefings for key leaders to understand and make informed decisions.
- Coordinate as appropriate across the Headquarters Staff to support the decision-making process of the Army.
- Coordinate and support all G-3/5/7 ODA hosted Integrated Product Teams, meetings, and events as needed.

- Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work within Government-provided software packages to include MS Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
- Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
- Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
- Experience working in headquarters environments on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands.
- Proficient in planning and execution of working groups.
- Operational experience using standard automated toolsets to monitor database performance and maintain database operation.
- Required Clearance: ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Army policy writing experience preferred.
- Must be a graduate of NAVSCHEOD.
- Must be EOD Master Badge qualified.
- At least ten (10) years of Army EOD service.
