The contractor will develop and implement management processes necessary for sustaining EODGRU ONE mobility capabilities, and have frequent interaction with Echelon III, IV, and V commands, amongst EODGRU ONE and subordinate command personnel. Work is to be accomplished aboard EODGRU ONE.

Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create Aircraft, Organizational Equipment List (OEL)/Unit Deployment List (UDL) and Ship load plans.
- Submit, track and validate movement requests, TPFDDs, Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES) and ensure Unit Line Number (ULN) data is in accordance with applicable directives.
- Maintain applicable mobility records in Sea Service Deployment Module (SSDM).
- Assist in the planning, management and accountability of TOA embarked via surface or strategic airlift.
- Assist the development, implementation and revision of Movement Control Center (MCC) and Unit Movement Control Center (UMCC) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines.
- Obtain, review and maintain Air Transportability Test Loading Activity (ATTLA) certification letters.
- Develop, review, maintain and provide updates to EODGRU ONE and NECC embarkation and movement directives/procedures, organizational mobility charts and embarkation SOPs.
- Collect and maintain training records for all Joint Inspector (JI) certifications; assist units with the JI process.
- Provide mobility training.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the transportation of hazardous materials.
- Mobility and contracting of any EODGRUONE associated gear leaving the clamancy of the Command.
- Manage the rotation of EODGRU-1 deployed shared equipment.
- Stay informed about upcoming NALO movements, including flight schedules and cargo capacity, to ensure the N3/N5 team can proactively plan for personnel and equipment transportation.
- Develop, and present proposals aimed at reducing EOGRU-1 mobility spending by analyzing current trends, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing cost-effective alternatives.
- Track unit short- and long-range training schedules and assist in coordinating maintenance, training and operational requirements in support of Fe/Fg.
Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance.
- No less than five (5) years' experience that includes movement control procedures, time-phased force deployment data (TPFDD), Hazardous material handling, Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES), Tanker Airlift Control Center (TACC), Single Mobility System (SMS), and Navy Air Logistics Office (NALO) requests, Pallet building, AFMAN 24-604, referencing Air Transportability Test Loading Activity (ATTLA) certification letters, Table of Allowance (TOA) embarkation and maintaining a mobility quick reference library all within the last 10 years.
- Experience with Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) and/or Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) equipment.
- Certified in or the equivalent of Transportation of Hazardous Materials Course, Aircraft Load Planner's Course, Embark Move Systems Software Course, Cargo Preparation and Unit Movement Course, and the Joint Inspector Certification Course.
- Shall have in-depth knowledge of TPFDDs, Hazardous Materials (HAZDEC) development, Load planning, AFMAN 24-604 and their development, maintenance, and application to equipping deploying/ redeploying units.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, ICODES, SMS, TACC, AFMAN 24-604, and other specialized DOD/DON software applications with ability to develop spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and briefings.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
