Description:
Experience with Developing, configuring, and maintaining Epic modules, ensuring their functionality and alignment with organizational needs and act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing technical assistance and guidance.
Evaluate hardware and software requirements for the EHR system, optimizing its performance and compatibility and able to identify and resolve application issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain system reliability
8+ years of experience in Epic implementation or operations support and Epic certification in relevant modules with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
Familiarity with Epic tools, ensuring efficient utilization of the software and Knowledge of hospital outpatient department relationships, coupled with robust system knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
