Do you thrive on being an equity plan subject matter expert and implementing the best product for your clients? We are looking for someone like you who can:
manage product requirements and testing plans for UAT and QA testing, ensuring steps are completed timely and accurately
assist with providing details to assist with written client procedure documents, process runbooks/checklist, and client training materials
work closely with technology and product management to design and support product development requirements and also document and review test cases with management
set up data staging in QA/UAT environment to assist with test case validation and complete end to end test cases in to provide validation of completeness and/or report issues
meet challenging deadlines and keep senior management, relationship management and service managers abreast of progress of the project
coordinate client testing plans with our Plan Admin and Financial Reporting teams while identifying issues that need to be resolved and collaborate on solutions
develop a direct knowledge of all UBS equity plan systems and setup procedures as well as participate in internal team meetings
ensure team is continually identifying ways to improve internal and external client relationships by suggesting service and process improvements that could positively impact productivity and corporate client satisfaction

Your team
You will be joining the WWS Equity Plan Strategic Product team. This team works closely with equity plan equity strategic project team, technology, and client service team regarding strategic projects.
UBS provides equity compensation plan administration and wealth management services to corporate plan sponsors and plan participants. Our goal is to: (1) provide effective corporate solutions to drive new and retain existing corporate relationships and (2) provide insight and advice to participants regarding their equity plan awards and broader financial wellness to drive additional wealth management business.
Your expertise
deep understanding of equity compensation and plan administration
strong background in project management and customer service and exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize work accordingly
experience as a Product Manager Lead working with both internal technology teams and third-party vendors in developing end-to-end user testing and execution
excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills necessary to identify and implement solutions
proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
undergraduate degree in business, equivalent experience required
CEP designation or willingness to pursue
ideally, 5+ years of experience in Financial Services industry
strategic thinker able to understand product roadmap creation and prioritizing product features based on user needs
able to apply knowledge in decision making situations and exercise sound judgment under pressure while being committed to driving value for clients and effectively managing client expectations
compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate complex technical topics in clear and easily understood terms
positive, with a can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others
