Job Title: ERP Finance Specialist (Hospital Background)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Finance Specialist with a background in hospital finance operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing ERP systems within healthcare settings, with a focus on financial modules to streamline accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions that meet the unique needs of hospital finance operations.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP modules related to finance, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and workflows related to finance operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize financial processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to hospital finance management and ERP systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ERP finance modules, providing guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Epic, with a focus on finance modules.
• Strong understanding of hospital finance processes, including accounting principles, revenue cycle management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems and finance (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
