***Position is 80% Remote. 1 day/ wk (Wednesdays) required to be onsite & 4 days/ wk remote. Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.***

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Agency requires the services of a PeopleSoft Financials Developer who meets the general qualifications of DIR ERP Developer 3.

• The developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.
• The core duties include analyzing, modifying system codes, testing, troubleshooting, and creating technical design documents to meet UI, reporting, and interface requirements.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
• Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system.
• Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation.
• Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment.
• Must be able to work off hours at different phases of the project.
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central

Required Experience

• 8 yrs - PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• 8 yrs - PeopleCode and Application Packages
• 8 yrs - Application Engine, COBOL, and SQR
• 8 yrs - Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• 8 yrs - Advanced SQL and PL/SQL
• 8 yrs - RHEL OS scripting
• 8 yrs - Oracle Database 19g
• 8 yrs (2+ in focus) - BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries
• 8 yrs (2+ in focus) - AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
• 8 yrs (2+ in focus) - Analyzing functional design requirements
• 8 yrs (2+ in focus) - Creating technical design documents
• 8 yrs (2+ in focus) - Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
• 8 yrs (2+ in focus) - Working with SharePoint Lists

Preferred Experience

• 2 yrs - CPA CAPPS Financials (Texas State Baseline on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2)
• 2 yrs - Development with PeopleSoft GL, AP, PO, ePro, SCM, and SS modules
• 1 yr - Working with Scrum framework
• 1 yr - Using Jira
