Workday Testing Lead We are seeking an experienced Workday Testing Lead to oversee and manage the testing lifecycle for Workday implementations and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or other modules, with proven expertise in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality testing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end testing process for Workday implementations, upgrades, or integrations, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
Design and execute test cases for Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking, and others.
Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and System Integration Testing (SIT).
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
Utilize testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy.
Provide guidance and mentorship to testing teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
