Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Director, ERP & Enterprise Applications, an experienced ERP Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP Manager will supervise the ERP team providing support and software upgrades, promote best practices, guide and assist the user groups on issues related to the design, development and deployment of ERP enhancements. To succeed in this role, the ERP Manager will understand the company's goals, have the patience to communicate with a wide variety of interdisciplinary teams and support the business to run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the ERP system, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Manage and provide direction to the team in alignment with the business operations and priorities
- Ensure issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner
- Liaise with vendors for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
- Create and maintain documentation for all aspects of system development, support and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
- Ensure adherence to all SOX Compliance Controls regarding the ERP
- Manage, coach, and develop the ERP team to inspire growth and innovative solutions.
- Supervise recruitment, development, performance, and retention of the ERP team in accordance with the organizational strategic objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and recommend enhancements or new modules as needed
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a technology leadership role
- Experience managing 5+ employees within different offices
- Experience with ERP implementations in an enterprise environment, including requirements gathering, UAT, software implementation, project management methodology, change management and version control
- Experience with coordinating and monitoring the activities and results of a remote team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies: Azure AD, O365, SharePoint, Teams
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Proven experience in leading ERP system implementations and upgrades
- Proven and demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, and effective management of technology projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, change quickly
- Self-starter with strong time management, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
