Summary:
Lead the team of functional analysts across the spectrum of the ERP system, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Human Resources, Payroll, and Supply Chain Management. Act as a liaison between the functional areas and IT. Will be responsible for managing the ERP system, ensuring that all teams are working together on testing out new functionality, and keeping all lines of communication open. Will also be responsible for managing issues (RAID log), working with external consultants as needed, and keeping in touch with the current vendor. Will need to keep all of the delivered analytics configured, along with other custom analytics/reports as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience preferred
ERP management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, IT or other related field
Critical thinking skills
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI and other visualization tools preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills, with the expectation to continuously evolve and learn new facets of the ERP software
