As we continue to expand, we are embarking on a pivotal project to implement NetSuite, a leading cloud-based business management software suite.
Position:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our NetSuite implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive experience with ERP systems (specifically NetSuite), and a passion for driving successful system implementations. This role is critical to our business transformation and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
    • Define project tasks, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure proper resource allocation.
    • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the NetSuite implementation project from initiation to closure.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, management, and external vendors.
    • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.
    • Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and project documentation to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team, including IT, finance, operations, and external consultants.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, providing clear direction and support.
    • Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and report to stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • System Implementation:
    • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite with existing systems.
    • Ensure data migration and validation processes are effectively executed.
    • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are resolved prior to go-live.
  • Training and Support:
    • Develop and implement training programs for end users to ensure a smooth transition to NetSuite.
    • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and system functionalities.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certification preferred.
    • NetSuite certifications are preferred, but not required
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading ERP implementation projects.
    • Proven experience with NetSuite implementation is highly preferred.
    • Experience in the sports manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
