Job Description
Leverage your broad enterprise IT background and in-depth SAP ERP expertise to lead high-impact projects, optimize system performance, and guide cross-functional teams to success.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions in a broader enterprise IT environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrade projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage both onsite and remote SAP/IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • System Integration & Support: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules with existing applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Develop and monitor IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and manage service-level agreements to optimize costs and delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and recommend new SAP functionalities or enhancements that add value to the organization's operations.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry best practices, and relevant compliance frameworks, maintaining high standards of data security and integrity.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise IT environments, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on SAP ERP project leadership.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, including excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Skills
  • SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP architectures, integration points, and customization best practices.
  • Project Management: Strong planning, budgeting, and risk assessment capabilities, with familiarity in both Agile and traditional project methodologies.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and mentor teams, drive consensus, and establish a solutions-focused culture.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in troubleshooting, data analysis, and performance optimization for enterprise systems.
  • Vendor Relations: Adept at selecting, onboarding, and managing third-party providers, ensuring service-level compliance.
