ERP Systems Administrator
In this role you will...
The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for leading and managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment, functions as a lead systems analyst, and may perform some programming. This administrator proactively monitors the production environment to ensure user satisfaction and anticipates new requirements based on changing business needs and new trends in technology. This position is actively involved in new development, gathering requirements, and working with the IT team to implement solutions. This position also oversees and maintains environments, including interfaces to other systems, applications, and system upgrades.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Continuously initiate action to improve existing conditions and processes. Use appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact.
Participate in the implementation of best practices business process across all company locations
Participate in the technical evaluation and business justification of additional ERP modules and bolt-on software/programs
Acts as a Process Improvement Champion for assigned Business Improvement projects
Work directly with ERP software vendor to provide technical support as issues arise
Perform a database refresh for ERPs as needed
Maintaining database backups and recovery for ERP suite applications
Effectively implement and follow up on assigned projects
Actively monitor and support the stability of the ERP system
Support the implementation of the ERP system installations and upgrades

Ability to analyze and dissect complex (e.g., across multiple systems) technology problems
Ability to model/document/visualize and communicate complex (e.g., across multiple systems) technology solutions. Ability to explain the solution to the business stakeholders and the technology teams delivering the solutions.
Ability to establish standards, norms, and frameworks for technology
Ability to gather high-level business and systems requirements and translate them into a design of future technology solutions
Ability to understand and design integrations and flows between different technology systems and processes
Uses communication skills to effect positive change internally and externally
Leads by example
Ability to discern the impact of changes on the business
Applies continuous improvement techniques to improve the efficiency of the organization
Has demonstrated an ability to take a concept and drive a project through to completion
Uses effective communication to empower others
Shares learning with team members and assigns follow-up as needed
Set high standards of performance by assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully achieving goals and assignments

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant analyst or support role.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of comparable ERP modules and bolt-on software.
