About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate to join our ERP Admin & Development team to help with both technical and functional needs relating to Business Central. As our company continues to scale, this role is responsible for development and enhancements to the Microsoft D365 Business Central application system and other line of business applications (e.g. CieTrade, AMCS's SAI and PC Scales). The role will require cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, procurement, and purchasing teams within all areas of the Circular Services family. Additionally, this candidate will provide day-to-day support for end users on Business Central's Continia, Multi Entity Management, AR, AP, Project, and Fixed Assets modules.

Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using AL code for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Integrate Business Central with third-party applications and services using APIs
  • Design and develop Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve user experience (nice to have)
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless deployment and support of Business Central applications
  • Work with end-users to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and ensure consistency in module use.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to module functionality, workflows, and reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for user inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing education to existing users on AR, AP, Project and Fixed Assets functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and documentation to assist users in navigating the Business Central system.
  • Stay up-to-date on Business Central updates and enhancements to provide relevant training
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and database management
  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud solutions
  • Experience in project management and agile methodologies

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience working with ERP systems as your primary responsibility
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working in Microsoft Business Central
  • Ability to develop solutions for Business Central in AL code

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • The role might have opportunity to assist in the development of enhancements of the technology stacks related to all business entities.
  • Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
