Communicate with clients, court personnel, and staff
Meet with clients to design, sign and fund their estate plans
Draft estate plans, summary, formal and ancillary probate
Take excellent care of the clients
Communicate with the managing attorney
Ensure the work is completed in a timely manner
Help create, memorialize and improve the Firm's systems, processes, policies, and procedures
Actively engage our referral partners and grow our network of trusted advisors
You need to be a self-starter.
Pay attention to details.
Qualifications
Required 10-15 years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration in FLORIDA
FL Bar Licensed required
If you have business formation and corporate experience, your salary will be adjusted higher for it
