Estimator (Dry Utilities Division)

DryutilityEstimator:

• Min 3 years experience with primary focus on dryutilityprojects (power & communications work) orwetutilityprojects
• This position is for underground systems and is not for overhead system and does not involve cable pulling / terminating
• Will be required to take andestimatefrom inception to completion, including transitioning a winning bid to operations
• In depth knowledge with various type of shoring systems
• Needs background in underground power & communications systems as well as paving & concrete as it related toutilityconstruction
• Must have worked for self-performing contractor that performs at-risk work (no construction managers or governmentalestimators)
• Most of our work is in metropolitan areas so needs experience in constructing projects in existing streets
• Support operations with change order pricing and alternative methodology analysis
