Estimator

We are looking for a highly motivated estimator that does IMP and ACM. We are a Metal Framing, Drywall, ACT Company who also has an exterior cladding division. We have many awards for design, as we are committed to excellence. Join our reputable, growth driven environment!

What you will be doing:

• Ability to create preconstruction schedules and update as needed.
• Work in partnership with the Operations Team to prepare constructability reviews, logistics planning, and scheduling.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of unit costs and the factors that affect construction cost.
• Ability to prepare detailed instructions to bidders and comprehensive bid packages.
• Must have experience with the bidding process: soliciting bids, communicating with the bidders, evaluating subcontractor proposals, etc

What you need for this position:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in related fields above
• BS in related field
