Estimator

What you will be doing:

• This is a junior level role and the main duties are focused around assisting the operations manager with estimating and purchasing.
• Create pricing schedules and bid proposals.
• Evaluate the technical aspects of the project.
• Assist with risk analysis assessments related to the project's costs.
• Build relationships with suppliers and developers.
• Keep track of the project's stages and ensure that costs don't rise more than estimated.
• Keep track of currency exchange rates and update estimates when needed.

What you need for this position:

• 2+ years of estimating/purchasing experience in residential construction.
• BS in related field.
