Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in the residential construction sector. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that bids are competitive and compliant with industry standards and NEC codes. This role is crucial for the successful financial management of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
• Conduct take-offs to determine the quantity and cost of materials needed for projects.
• Develop and submit competitive bids for various construction projects.
• Review and analyze project plans to identify potential cost savings and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Stay updated on NEC codes and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the residential construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and NEC codes.
• Proficient in take-off software and estimating tools.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
