Job Summary:
The ETS Merger Technical Integration team is responsible for the successful integration of a merger between two firms. This is a large-scale, multiyear, and complex program spanning across multiple technical disciplines and locations. As an Integration Project Manager, you will lead and manage multiple sub-projects and deliverables under a Program Manager, ensuring structured and efficient execution by following a mature program lifecycle.
The Project Manager will collaborate with numerous technology teams from both companies as they work towards integration. This role is part of the Program Management team within the Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) division and is responsible for leading workstreams and providing project management support for various deliverables.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering various project phases, acting as a point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of projects/programs consisting of multiple workstreams.
- Identify and coordinate the resolution/mitigation of risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop detailed delivery plans, information documents, and status reports.
- Coordinate across local, regional, and global projects, virtual teams, and matrix-managed teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, track and publish actions, plans, risks, and issues.
- Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with a large number of technical teams.
- Develop and execute detailed migration plans.
- Ensure adherence to project lifecycle quality and policy standards.
- Create and articulate executive-level communication on a project or program level.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, communications, and escalations.
- Track, monitor, and report on risks and remediation plans across infrastructure workstreams.
- Oversee data center migrations and application migration work.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management of IT infrastructure with exposure to various execution methodologies such as waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid approaches.
- Strong understanding of and ability to work across diverse technological environments including End User Technology, Server (Compute) Platforms, Networking (Voice and Data), Cloud, Datacenters, and Applications Technologies.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the above technology areas is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in mergers and technology integration.
- Excellent written and reporting skills.
- Ability to indirectly manage virtual team members from diverse cultural backgrounds and locations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel, MS Project).
- Ability to develop and track metrics and outcomes.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong adherence to business processes and procedures.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and be an effective team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management certifications (e.g., Agile certifications, PMP certified, or equivalent recognized professional standard).
- Experience within the financial industry, preferably in tier 1 investment banking.
