General Function/Role Purpose:

Event Marketing Manager supports the strategy and execution of high-impact third-party and first-party events aimed at driving pipeline and revenue generation.

In this role, you will help own the end-to-end execution of 3P tradeshow events, collaborate closely with Field Marketing to ensure effective event strategies, and assist in the planning and logistics of event activations. You'll play an essential part in creating memorable event experiences that elevate our brand, drive engagement, and support sales and business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within event marketing. You will also support onsite logistics and staffing for first-party events, where needed.
What You'll Do:

Event Execution & Support
  • Take ownership of key 3P tradeshow events, managing all aspects from pre-event strategy to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to develop event strategies, manage registration, and ensure post-event engagement with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Support the execution of high-impact event activations that generate interest, elevate the brand, and drive business opportunities
  • Ensure smooth logistical execution at events, coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional communication

Performance Metrics & Reporting
  • Track event performance using metrics such as registration/attendance, account engagement (MQA), pipeline, and revenue generation
  • Help analyze ROI (with a target of 20:1 pipeline and 5:1 ACV) and assist in using event insights to optimize future strategies
  • Assist in post-event analysis and reporting to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement

Event Center of Excellence Support
  • Assist in building a set of standard event resources and templates ("event in a box") to streamline planning and execution for Field Marketing and Sales teams
  • Help create processes and documentation that improve the efficiency and consistency of event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Track and manage event materials, including swag and booth inventory, to ensure resources are well-maintained and available for upcoming events

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, and other teams to align event objectives with larger demand generation and marketing goals
  • Work with product marketing, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging, branding, and overall event experience

Continuous Learning and Development
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in event marketing
  • Take advantage of mentorship and coaching from senior team members to grow in your role and expand your event management skills
What You Bring:
  • 2-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the events and marketing space.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred
  • Agility in swiftly moving on new initiatives while consistently delivering on long-term strategic plans.
  • A commitment to high standards in working with Executives, Sales, and Marketing
  • The ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups and subject matter experts.


Working Conditions

In office 3 days per week when not traveling

Up to 30% travel may be required.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

$81,600-$112,200 USD
