Culmen International is hiring an Executive Action Officer to provide support for the Research Directorate at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and will be onsite in Springfield, VA.

Roles & Responsibilities

NGA Research requires administrative and executive support for the RFO, Technical
Offices, and Mission Support Offices, directly supporting between 8-10 Defense
Intelligence Senior Leaders (DISLs) and members of the Defense Intelligence Senior
Executive Service (DISES). Administrative support includes providing a focal point for
coordination and consolidation of tasking, providing review and management of
information, and providing coordination between the Offices and CoS. Independent,
professional, and responsive secretarial support to leadership personnel and staff is
required.

  • Calendar Maintenance and Meeting Coordination
  • Travel Support


Basic Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15 years of relevant experience
  • Willing to sit for CI-Poly


Preferred Qualifications

  • NGA experience

The determination of compensation at Culmen International, LLC is based on various factors such as location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, clearance level, experience, internal equity, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,690 - $174,612 annually. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Culmen's total compensation package for employees.
