We are looking for an Executive Admin and Operations Partner for multiple (approx. 5) C-Suite leaders at IonQ. In this role you will be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the worlds best quantum computers to solve the worlds most complex problems. This role will be located in the Washington D.C, Maryland or Virginia (DMV) area with the ability to go into our headquarters office in College Park, MD 2-3 days a week.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing technology company with constant change and a high level of ambiguity. This role requires discretion and professionalism, as you will often be handling sensitive information and interacting with executives, clients, and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and documents for meetings.
- Manage expense reports and invoices.
- Plan company-wide and team events.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively solve issues.
- Partner and collaborate with peer executive admin.
Youd be a good fit with:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant at a fast-paced tech organization.
- Proficient with office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Highly proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and other office productivity tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives.
- Bachelors degree.
Youd be a great fit with:
- Program management certification and experience.
- Prior experience partnering with multiple C-suite executives at either growing tech start-ups or large tech companies such asMicrosoft, Amazon or Google.
Location:
This role will be located in the Washington D.C, Maryland or Virginia (DMV) area with the ability to go into our headquarters office in College Park, MD 2-3 days a week.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $71,300 - $92,978. In addition to base salary, our total compensation includes a variable bonus and equity component, as well as generous benefits.
Our HQ is located in College Park, Maryland which is only a 15-minute metro ride from Washington DC. We are actively building out our recently opened manufacturing and production facility in the Seattle, Washington area. Depending on the position, you may be required to be located near our offices in College Park, Seattle, or Toronto.
