Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of five to 10 years of Executive Administrator experience supporting C-Level Executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) required, with experience in Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Project, and other board software preferred. Expert-level verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and managerial skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Emotional maturity. Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also work independently. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. Ability to align schedule with business needs, including periodic work on evenings and weekends.

Job Summary
The Executive Administrator reports directly to the CEO/President and provides executive administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship with the CEO/President while providing support as needed for other senior leadership team members. The Executive Administrator must be able to execute and manage Board of Director plans and preparation to include BoardEffect software, meetings and support.
The Executive Administrator to the CEO/President will be an experienced Management professional with a proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional administrative services/support. We are seeking someone who consistently embodies Ingleside's mission, vision, and ARISE values; is a Master of Communication, customer service, planning, execution; detailed oriented/organized, balances multiple priorities, and maintains confidentiality.
