Salary: $1,300 - $1,650 USD (Based on Experience)
Location: Latin America ONLY (100% Remote)
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM ET

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the President of a company specializing in custom home building and real estate development. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and problem-solving while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Communication Management: Prioritize and filter inbound requests, ensuring the President focuses only on key matters.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, and ensure meetings are productive.
Calendar & Task Management: Maintain an organized calendar, balancing work and personal commitments.
Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, process draw requests, review transactions, and track expenses.
Project & Inventory Management: Align schedules with project timelines and keep reports updated.
Client & Employee Engagement: Manage gift tracking for employee birthdays/anniversaries and organize closing gifts for clients.
CRM & Document Preparation: Handle CRM updates, HUD document management, and team reporting.
Efficiency & Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of tasks, anticipate issues and propose effective solutions.
What You Bring
C1 English proficiency - strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
2+ years of administrative experience (preferably in construction or real estate)
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent communication & responsiveness - prompt, clear and professional
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
High level of organization & time management - balancing multiple priorities efficiently
Proficiency in Google Sheets & QuickBooks (preferred)
Positive attitude & ability to work well in a small team environment
