Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO in a dynamic, fast-paced environment! This position will be responsible for managing the executives' calendars, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication across departments, and handling confidential matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and experience in a corporate or legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO's schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings to maximize productivity.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
  • Research and Reports: Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks including filing, document management, and office organization.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Written Communications: Draft and edit communications, including emails, letters, speeches, and presentations, ensuring that the CEO's voice and message are effectively conveyed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant for the CEO of an organization with greater than 250 employees.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • A proactive and resourceful problem-solving approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

This position will sit in our River Edge, NJ office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.

Compensation Range:

$90,000-$100,000 USD

Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
