Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for efficiently coordinating the executives' schedule and managing correspondence, ensuring smooth communication, and prioritizing tasks effectively. The role organizes meetings and events, prepares documents and maintains accurate records. They serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

What will your job entail?
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and General Counsel, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating event and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Support the HR and Legal department with various projects, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Help manage special projects as assigned by the CHRO and General Counsel.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and legal processes is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Workday
  • Familiarity with Board Vantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

The target salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
