Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year.

What You'll Do:

The Executive Assistant is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional responsible for managing executive scheduling and communications, streamlining workflows, and supporting high-priority projects. Reporting directly to Casa Bonita's Executive Leader, this role requires exceptional calendar management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive, service-minded approach to thrive in a dynamic environment. This key role will act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leader, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, correspondence, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate brings experience supporting senior executives, managing complex administrative processes, and driving operational effectiveness. Equally important, they will bring a warm, approachable presence and a service mindset that reflects Casa Bonita's spirit of hospitality in every interaction.

Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:

Executive Support & Coordination
  • Manage a complex executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and ensuring seamless scheduling.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper, evaluating requests for time and optimizing daily workflow.
  • Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, ensuring the Executive Leader is fully briefed.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with precision.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.


Travel & Logistics Management
  • Plan and manage executive travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Handle last-minute scheduling changes and travel adjustments with agility and professionalism.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of executive speaking engagements, external commitments, and VIP events.


Project & Operations Management
  • Lead key projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Executive Leader, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and systems to optimize executive operations.
  • Partner with leadership teams to ensure alignment on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-profile, fast-paced environment. Experience within a similar entertainment or restaurant venue preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Calm and adaptable under pressure, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Mac/iOS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suite.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve proactively.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable, with a service-first mindset and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to support broader initiatives and pitch in where needed in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
