Il Cervo is currently looking for you, an experienced hospitality professional hoping to showcase their skills in a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant. Il Cervo's menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and will boast an Italian focused wine list with over 300 labels. Position: Executive Chef

Status: Exempt/Salary

Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 per year, full benefits, relocation assistance available

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • A hospitality-first mindset
  • Knowledge of food preparation and existing health and safety standards
  • 2 or more years of executive chef experience, Italian experience preferred
  • Mastery of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Experience in leading and training teams of 15 or more employees
  • Obtain a ServSafe certificate and Responsible Sellers within 90 days of employment
