We are seeking an accomplished executive chef to oversee culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of leading high-volume culinary teams in upscale restaurants and hotels. As the Executive Chef, you will inspire creativity in the kitchen while ensuring 5-star quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all kitchen operations including menu development, food procurement, staff hiring, and training
- Oversee daily culinary functions and set high standards for food quality, plating, and taste
- Develop enticing seasonal menus showcasing local ingredients
- Establish budgets and manage food and labor costs
- Continually research and implement industry best practices to elevate the guest dining experience
- Act as a brand ambassador presenting an approachable yet professional demeanor

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Chef, including overseeing multiple kitchens and staff
- Proven success developing menus and managing culinary operations in upscale restaurants and luxury hotels
- Strong culinary skills across international cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients
- Extensive experience leading teamwork efforts in high-pressure, high-volume kitchen environments
- Excellent communication, management, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules and multiple projects
- Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence, quality and hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Certified ServSafe Manager certification (required)
- PC proficiency with point-of-sale, inventory and staff scheduling systems
- Valid US Work Authorization
